You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract was concluded. This also applies to our digital services and subscriptions (e.g. the Standard or Premium subscription and add-on kit packages): what counts is the conclusion of the respective contract, not when you start using it.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). An informal email is sufficient; you may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this page, but you are not obliged to do so.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal. For this refund we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; you will not be charged any fees for this refund under any circumstances.
Compensation for value (§ 357a BGB): if you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point at which you notify us of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, compared with the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
a) Services (§ 356 (4) BGB): the right of withdrawal expires once we have fully provided the service and only started performing it after you gave your express consent and at the same time confirmed your awareness that you lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract.
b) Digital content (§ 356 (5) BGB), e.g. add-on kit packages: the right of withdrawal expires as soon as performance of the contract begins, provided you expressly agreed that we may start before the withdrawal period expires and confirmed your awareness that this consent causes you to lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.
You give this consent and these confirmations during the ordering process (Stripe checkout).
